Stayed from January-December of 2022. For the price you pay to live here, 2 stars is about as close as it gets. Management is rude, and will either try to tell you your issues are not important or will not respond at all. The quality of the units are also not up to par with price. Old cabinets, old floors, old appliances, old everything. The walls and ceilings are very thin and if you have neighbors above you, you will regret moving in in the first place. Parking is a HUGE issue. There are either far more cars per unit than there should be or there are far fewer spaces per buildling than there should be. The area/location and raw square footage is about the only thing going for this complex. I am not a picky person but if you are going to be living somewhere for an entire year, it needs to be relatively worth it. Only pros are location and decent square footage for the money. I would advise against living here.

Great place to live. I feel safer living here than any place i have lived in this area. Maintenance is so helpfull .

I liked the complex, the only thing that was a must have for me was a dedicated laundry room. Washer and dryer was in bathroom, in a little cubby hole. That was the 3 bedroom.

I have lived here a year in July and have always been very pleased with the management. They address issues quickly and keep the pool & grounds clean.
