The worst place you could ever stay i have been here for six months moved here from another state and in those six months i have had ants three of those months
Mold two of those months
My car vandalized
No ac for a month
So I've been hearing scratching in my room preventing me to sleep in my bedroom since i moved in And was told it was a raccoon invested apartment for years by the apt complex no one has helped or did anything. My doors are broken i had to make my own key and waited a month before i can get my mail bc there was no mailbox key three murders in three months and you tell me there is no liable reason to release me from my lease
Not only that but the rent is suppose to be 729 I've been paying 818 Smh this apartment has caused me panic attacks, anxiety and tears I'm trying to save you
And the manager Tara and corporate do not care they want their money that's all
I'm the place right above the model home they show new residents so just imagine the way the remaining apartments are through the complex Smh we are treated like animals here don't believe me ride through at night
Please don't do it
The apartment was great until they moved a sober living program into the complex and didnt notify any of the tenants. I never knew what sober living was until now we always had a constant problem out of those tenants and i made numerous complaints
