Element 26 is a prime location in the city of Birmingham. The staff is awesome and they do everything in their power to ensure that the residents want for nothing. I am glad I chose to live here because it feels like I am apart of a family. 5 points south is also a short distance away and you can literally walk there in less than 10 minutes. That for me is a plus because all the hottest bars and restaurants are only a heartbeat away.
Communication was very good in processing application.
Maintenance is horrible. Takes a month or so to get anything done, even when its a plumbing emergency. Avoid at all costs. Check BBB.
They didn't install a working light system for the parking light for months until two robberies occurred from people's vehicles. Still no security cameras. This place is a joke.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, and plenty of off-street parking. On-site security takes their job seriously. Any maintenance-related work is taken care of ASAP.
