Coming home is a special feeling. It means putting the cares of the office behind you and being in the one place you know you can call home....Amberwood. With a fresh new look and interiors all the more reason to move in to Amberwood.
4Th year living here just resigned my lease for next year, property is nice they keep it up and it's quiet for Centerpoint, we got guards to watch the property thanks to the manager who is a good guy overall, we have strict rules but they're good rules that helps keep us safe and keeps violence and problems down, unless aomething bad happens I plan to stay as long as I can great property and great manager really blessed to find this place.
The property manager was always stepping out at the wrong times. So I never spoke to anyone. The place has potential, but if I can't reach him when they're vacant it'll probably be that much harder to resend them when they're occupied. So I pass, on to the next!
The rent manger is VERY RUDE & the management team at the corporate office was rightalone with him. Making excuses for his behavior. Did not to return telephone calls for a whole month. Just image if you move there what would be happening if something came up and you would have to deal with some one being RUDE at you and you are paying your hard earned money to stay there.
Seemed to be very nice. They didn't have a unit available for our move in date
Happy resident for 6 months cant complain as my unit is nice and quite large, we got security around to keep out the riff raff and cameras, neighbors around me are quiet for the most part have not had no real issues, I see these complaints on the manager and laugh thinking these people must be joking he has been nothing but professional and courteous and waves or speaks to me and my little girl everytime, dont let a few bad apples on here stop you from coming he just dont take no crap cause that's his job.
