I absolutely LOVE this place It is quiet and serene but close to EVERYTHING I read a bunch of the reviews and I am totally shocked by the negativity. There is a beautiful lake, a dog park and a great playground. The maintenance staff is always friendly and efficient. The management is just over a year in and they are amazing. Also, a new company just bought the place, but even before then, the property was well-maintained and updated. I do have a one-bedroom, so I don't have washer dryer connections. But for just 35 more a month, I could have that. I just choose not to, because the laundry facility is great and convenient. Also, you can fish and workout while you wash your clothes Also, the two pools and tennis court are great in the summer I feel very safe, even at night and I have never had issues with my neighbors. You can hear some things through the walls, but that's what you should expect living in an apartment. I can't think of a better place to be and that's why I will be staying here for a long time.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Any requested need is addressed propmtly. It's an opportunity to live in a community that offers an escape from the fast pace of city life while still having all your needs very close by. You can't beat a morninging cup of coffee on your back porch with an amazinf lake view.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is old and raggedy! They are so unprofessional in the office and could careless about you and your apartment. My ceiling had a water spot in almost every room. Ants were EVERYWHERE!!! Ants were coming from the faucets, cabinets etc. i stopped cooking or even going in the kitchen because of the ants! I wish i could upload pics. The sad part is, they wouldn't want to live this way, but ignored the fact that I wanted to live better than how I was living in this dump! Corporate is not better! They are just as unprofessional. No need of complaining to them. Then when i moved out, they very quickly sent me a huge bill that included damages and missing items that were not there upon my move in!!! i have all documents to prove it! When I turned in the keys, I immediately receive an email of the final bill the next day but has yet to have one email or maintenance request answered. These apartments were built in the 70s... There old!!! Pipes are horrible. Mold is everywhere!!!!!
100 Inverness please dont reply to my comment because you didn't take the time to do so when I was a resident there.

I am upset that I even have to give a 1 star... Unfortunately, I am a resident of 100 Inverness Apartment Complex. I live in subpar living conditions that management refuses to acknowledge. I have had the maintenance guys come and look at my apartment and they have even stated that the duct work hasnt been changed since the apartments were originally built. It wasnt the little black spots on the ceiling that continued to grow/spread around the entire room that caught my attention. It was the day I went to grab my shoes out of my closet and realized they were completely covered in mold, not mildew.. MOLD. After separating my closet and realizing that this issue would result in over half of my closet ending up in the dumpster, I knew I had to go speak to someone. The day of 11/1/2018, I went to the leasing office to speak to one of the agents about this issue and even brought pictures that astonished the agent I was speaking with. Her exact response was, Oh my God! I stated that it was obviously an issue that was not suitable to live in and that if it wasnt fixed then I want to go ahead and put my notice in to move out. She told me that she would have someone come look at it. Two weeks later, I still did not hear anything and thought maybe I should go speak with someone again. So, I walked down to the office yet again; this time I spoke with the manager that stated she wanted to come look for herself. On the day of 11/19/2018 she came to walk through the apartment. She told me that she could have the ducts cleaned out and that was it. I was taken back; at this moment I just knew that no one should live like this and that I wanted to move immediately because having the ducts cleaned would not fix the mold that destroyed over half of my closet or the complete circle it mad around my bedroom. I voiced this to the manager and she stated that there was no option other than a 60 day notice. Another two months, from today, surrounded by this mold issue. No thank you.
