Really Do Need Help Thanks
It's not bad for the monthly rate and free internet. There should be quicker maintenance responses.
I extremely don't recommend these apartments,, it's dirty and all the supplies for the gym it's not safe to use because it's very old,, and the management is sooooooooo bad and rude,, they talk badly,, they don't have any tactful way to speak...
I really hate these apartments with bad management, and I am waiting for my lease to end to go out to better one..
If someone were to ask me to live here, I would tell them to not move there. The electric bill was over 300 which you and your roommate splits. The furniture we wanted they gave us was were torn apart already. I couldn't even flip the pillow because it was even more torn on that side. So I had to put in a work order for that which never got done. So I went my own stay in The Social with a worn couch that I eventually had to tape up myself because it wasn't a good look. The pool is always dirty I don't know how residence ever got in. It was dog poo everywhere you couldn't go for a nice walk without running into dog poo. I loved the office staff attitude and helpfulness but I found myself going in there twice just to get maintenance request completed. The walls are very thin so if you stay int he room near the stairs you can hear people talking coming up and down the stairs all night. I would hate for a family to make that a child's room because they would never get any sleep. I have had to make appointments to talk to the manager because certain things weren't getting done. They want it to be college and family place but it's not for families at all. What I will say is I never had worry about loud noise from parties or finding a parking space. But would I had moved my family in there knowing these things would occur no. You think you are getting a deal because your rent is less than six hundred dollars but when you see the electric bill you are really paying over seven to eight hundred dollars in rent. It can be a great place but needs alot of work.
As a resident of The Social at Auburn, I've extremely enjoyed my stay thus far. I have some issues with maintenance and the leasing office, which are being dealt with now, but the fundemental amenities and convenience of The Social at Auburn makes the complex rather desireable.
