Do not listen to anyone who says to live here. I thought the awful experience I've been having the past 2 years was normal cause you know its a cheap college apartment and I assumed everyone had similar experiences. This year all my friends moved into apartments and I found out my experience is definitely not normal. The office staff is generally very nice and they lead you to believe they will help but ultimately they do nothing. We've had so many maintenance issues, but I'll address 2 major ones. First, our AC went out on a Saturday and they refused to send anyone until Monday to fix it because "it's not an emergency". It was about 90 degrees that day. call me crazy, but that seems like an emergency. To make matters worse, when someone came to fix it, it was still blowing hot air for 4 days. Second, there are floorboards that are ROTTING and bending downwards. When I told them about this issue last year, I figured over the summer when they replaced the carpet they would fix it, but no they didn't. Absolutely do not recommend living here.
Horrible staff, maintenance just comes into our apartment without knocking or calling to let us know theyre coming. So many roaches. They allowed an entire family to move into our apartment mid semester without telling me or my room mate, they just walked in and started moving all our stuff around. My roommate woke up to this completely confused. Completely took over the kitchen/living room. To make matters worse the family pretends they dont speak English and they leave all the doors open and open all the windows and turn the thermostat all the way up. The entire situation is a nightmare. Worst apartment ever! Seriously, do not live here!!!!!!!!!
Very friendly staff and a very thorough tour!
The Hub is AMAZING! I've lived many places and The Hub by far is the best. Incredible amenities, the maintenance is WONDERFUL, staff is so, so nice and always willing to help, and their buildings are renovated very nicely. Each time I have ever called maintenance, they've come within 30 minutes of my call and immediately fixed the problem. They have security who walks around at night & the 'noise' you'd expect from college parties on the weekends is almost nonexistent. They have ROTC trails to go walking and running on and also a nice fire pit that gave me an opportunity to meet some new residents while making s'mores! I highly recommend ANYONE to live here! I absolutely love it & things are really looking up in the future for The Hub!
I live at Auburn Crossing (attached to the Hub but owned separately) and all our mail/packages come to their office, so I deal with the staff from time to time. While the staff is cordial, the overall level of service is poor. The office is often closed at random times with no explanation, even though their website states that they should be open. This especially happens on weekends. All packages are stored inside the office, so if they are not open, there is no way to retrieve an important package. If you order things online often, I would not recommend living here.
