I haven't experienced any safety issues while living at the garden district. Maintence request are looked at quickly and the emergency call line actually sends somebody to you in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent.
I absolutely love living here! The staff is so friendly, the environment is great, and the place is beautiful. I am so happy with where I chose to live.
I love living here! If I have an issue its always resolved the day I need it. The property is always super clean and I rarely have an issue with noisy neighbors. I love the safety I feel here. Communication is never an issue with the staff, if something needs to be done I am constantly getting reminders from y'all. I never feel out of the loop with what's going on.
In addition to the beautiful grounds and very thematic buildings, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always responded to very quickly- and if there will be a delay, they contact you promptly and let you know. Overall excellent experience.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
