I love the location and the size of the one bedroom apartment. Also looking for a place with the washer and dryer in the apartments!!!
Make sure you know that they will keep your "so called deposit" and then make up things to require you to pay more money or turn you in to a collection agency. Even if you ask for proof of what damages they claim they refuse to show you. All levels of management are just looking for ways to make more money and charge just a low enough amount so you won't take them to court and just pay.
Run away from this complex unless you want to be at there mercy. Would give a ZERO star!
The place itself is fairly nice as far as apartments go. However when you move out they will do everything possible to keep your entire deposit and charge you extra without giving you any proof of what they are calling damages.
These apartments are not well maintained. Seems to be quite a bit of college-aged adults living in the community. They have lots of company, are loud, and seem to think this is a dorm.
I am shocked at the amount of stuff that was permissible/allowed on balconies, under stairs, and in community outdoor space. It was very embarrassing to have friends/family visit from out of town only to be greeted by a bunch of junk. One of the maintenance guys is the biggest offender of this junk in front of his apartment. Ironing boards, power wheels, shoe racks, grills, Tonka trucks - you name it.
It felt like a mix between a run-down trailer park and section-8 housing.
I thought the layout of the two bedroom was nice. And the view of the golf course was nice if you can get a unit on greens or fairway. Otherwise, consider something else if youre used to nice, luxury apartments.
they are always completely booked. Really?
