I had to move out of state and break my lease. The office was very kind and understanding. We created a payment plan. Evidently that payment plan wasn't shared with the entire office because, while the person I was corresponding with said everything was perfectly in order, the woman in charge turned me over to a collection agency! After my never having once been late on my rent or causing ANY trouble whatsoever.
I feel at home and safe here at courtyard apartments..I love my neighbors and the staff here is amazing. The manager is professional and very caring.I will be living here for a long time.thank you
The staff are great, but the people the staff move in are the problem. Rent continues to increase not $5, 10, or even 20 a year but darn near 100, that is toooo much. These apartments have poor the poorest paint jobs. The best paint job is the lease office. The paint is too thin, the carpet should be darker, the cabinets are rotting cheap wood. Seems like the focus is on the pool more than anything.
Trash outside at all times the noise level from upstairs and children outside and smells from pets
Staff does not supervise the property in any manner what so ever. Any day or night you can walk the property and there are multiple instances where people too lazy to take their garbage to the dumpster just leave it outside their door. I have complained about this because when cats dig into this garbage it can breed cockroaches and rats. My complaint did not help, garbage still there and my rent went up $50/month. I am probably on my last lease at this location unless something changes.
