  2. Hi, I actually have a question, Does the management and the workers have to give 24 hours notice before entering your apartment just to look around? because my friend asked me that and I said yes, but I don’t want to give her the wrong information. Thank You, Judy K. Sept.26,2012

      Most of the time that is the standard and courteous thing to do, although some emergency issues may arise that cause there to be less than 24 hours notice. Check your lease to find out specifics.

    Roanoke apartment took my parents money then said they could move in on the Jan 7th 2013….now they wont answer the phone or give us our money back….HOMELESS …how dare they do this to them

  4. What can you do to report an apartment complex that gave you the wrong information (was told my apartment would be facing the pool and it was in another building where you cannot even see the pool) and they won’t return your deposit?
