The staff is very friendly and helpful, the spaces (indoor and out) are very clean, and the location is great, on Main St. but far enough from downtown to provide some seclusion.
The Concord provides great facilities and maintenance for a very good price. The staff are friendly and very quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance issues.
Management is wonderful to deal with; they are attentive to renters needs and have a quick response. The rental staff has great hours 9AM-6PM, but the rental center is open until 9PM to pick up packages or use the weight room and indoor pool.
What is a Certified Resident?

From Milwaukee: Take I-94,(towards Chicago). Exit Hwy 100 (Ryan Rd). Turn left on Hwy 100 going east to Hwy 32. Turn right on Hwy 32 going south until you reach Four Mile Road. Turn left on to Four Mile heading east. Watch for a sign that says Hwy G. Hwy G is also North Main Street. Turn right onto North Main Street (it only goes right). Concord Apartments is about 3/4 mile down on the right side of the road. From Illinois: Take I-94 East to Hwy K. Exit Hwy K on to the frontage road. Turn right onto Four Mile Road. Follow Four Mile Road approximately 9 miles east. Look for a sign that says Hwy G, you will turn right onto N. Main Street (also Hwy G). North Main Street only turns right, Concord Apartments is about 3/4 mile south on the right side of the road.
