I love the old architecture of this building. The walls are thick. I almost never hear my neighbors. But I think the management does a good job of accepting mature, respectable tenants, also. I like that there is on-site management and maintenance. All of my maintenance requests or concerns are handled in a very timely and professional manner. What I like most of all though....the radiators! This building is very warm on a minus 20 degree winter day! No complaints here!
Building is very well maintained for its age; I love the archways and woodwork both in and out of my apartment. Maintenance requests are usually completed within 24 hours, and staff is always friendly and professional. Neighbors are very nice, helpful, and concientious of noise and cleanliness.
The staff were very attentive. Any problems or issues I had, they were quick to fix.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
