Very happy with the quality of the apartment complex. The interior is kept clean and Prime Urban Properties staff is always onsite during the week fixing stuff and cleaning. Also, it is good to live in a building where I can tell that the office staff cares about the property as more than just a money making tool.
Two complaints: 1. The ventilation. When using the stove top, it is absolutely horrible. Even with the vent fan on high. If you want to sear a ribeye or pork chop, than you better be prepared for the fire alarms and smoke that will fill your apartment. 2. The plumbing in the bathroom is pretty bad. The water in the tank of both toilets were extremely dirty. Often leaving a brown residue in the bowl. Other than those two issues, the apartment was pretty good.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
