makes a person feel good that you have a nice place. Floor plan allows for a good mix of people that are of different ages types. keeps numbers of residents instead of all together. Well managed and maintained.
There are very strict rules here at FPA, which I find is a benefit all the way around. Our complex is a quiet neighborhood. I miss being able to have cats, but I don't miss the cat hair or litter box, so I have to admit that I like that rule, too. No pets! The grounds are kept very clean during the spring through autumn months and my favorite place to relax is on my patio surrounded by my flowers. If things work out the way I plan, I won't be moving. I love it here.
the onsite manager, The onsite manager, Cammie, is always accessible and responds quickly and appropriately to all problems and/or requests. The property is very well maintained with good maintenance and cleaning personnel. Our apartment is roomy and attractive. Overall, a great rental in all aspects.
The apartments are quiet and when we need repairs they are done right away. They maintain parking lot summer and winter very well.
Repairs/problems are handled in a timely manner. Mailboxes are secured inside building so no need to bundle up to go out. Access to Clubhouse and fitness center. Private pool for residents means we can avoid the congestion at the city pools. Lawnmowing, landscaping and snow removal are kept up as needed which makes grounds attractive and pleasing to the eye. Pond with waterfall and fishing can make any day relaxing.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
