At Applegate Apartments we offer the opportunity to live in a very convenient location, but with the peace and quiet of a private cul-de-sac. We are about one mile from the Fox River Mall and Highway 41. We offer large and well maintained apartments, all for a very reasonable cost.

The staff at Applegate Apartments are always very prompt and helpful. If you have a question or issue they are quick on their feet to make sure you are taken care of in a timely fashion. The landscaping crew is also very friendly and uber efficient.

The apartment manager is great. He is always very helpful in answering any questions I have making sure that whatever I need fixed gets fixed in a timely manor. My only complaint is that the building smells like smoke and animals. All of my clothes and furniture smell like a dog or cat and I don't have either. I know that people are supposed to go out on their balcony to smoke but I'm not sure that they always do and even when I know they do, the smoke comes up through my closed balcony door.
Like everything about the place except the fact that you let people smoke inside their apartments- smoke travels through the buildings vents, and especially in winter the whole place smells like cigarettes. Maintenance is super quick and extremely helpful.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
