This is one of the the most incredible places I have ever lived , nice and quiet , very nice large townhouse apartments . Management takes care of their property and it doesn't hurt that they cut the grass and the snow is removed.
Rare does anything break down but when it does they fix it immediately. I have been a resident for 22 years and they perform maintenance whenever necessary.
The owners of Elm Tree Townhouse Apartments are very attentive to their residents. If there is an issue with a unit it is fixed/repaired almost immediately. This is a very complex to live at.
