The office always makes sure we are informed of any changes or events, the maint. staff always fixes things right away and always so nice. we feel very comfy here and love it.
The staff is great. The only problem I have is tenants pets mess some don't pick it up. I found some by car by stepping in it, and I find trash by my car once and a while.
All around great apartment complex.Safe,quiet,secure with beautiful landscaped property.Nice easy access to everywhere in the Vancouver/Portland area.Would highly recommend Sunpointe Apts.
I am a retired senior citizen and I found the rent to be economically beneficial to me. Other complexes within the same rent range did not have the amenities or the quality of apartments.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
