I was looking for an apartment in a good area with an excellent view. The view is gorgeous! I can see the Olympic Mts. from my window. The exterior has been recently painted, and the interior includes a walk-in closet in the bedroom, high ceilings in the living room, and a window over the kitchen sink. It is not the usual box style, so with those special touches, it feels like a home, not an apartment. I actually call it my 'luxury apartment' to my friends.
They don't care for the in inside of the units half as much as they do the outside. They make excuses for their needs to do things and will not accept the tents excuses for what they need or can't do. For example they tell us to move our cars for days, and while we can't use our car port they still insist we pay for the car port. They have increased the rent every 6 months, but haven't provided any additional services, and instead have increased in all areas (trash, water, carports.)
I have health problems that I need to be able to sleep at any given time to escape the pain, my bedroom is right under the rental office and my manager refuses to stop her children from running in and out of the office so I can sleep. I have asked her over and over to please let me have that one room where I can sleep with no avail. I've been a Dobler Management resident for 18 years and now I'm looking to move. I will not be moving to another Dobler community.
