I've lived here 6 years and management refuses to paint my apt

I like living here. The staff is great, the grounds are kept up and the rent is reasonable. My neighbors are generally pleasant and friendly, except when it comes to parking. If there is one drawback to living here, it's the parking situation.
Thank you so much for your valued opinion. This means the world to us. As you know, we are usually 99% full, so parking can be frustrating. We DO offer reserved parking options for our residents who want the comfort and ease of their own spot in the same place.
Rent was raised and the parking is not the best.
Rent is based on market. When the site is full, parking is full and demand for apartment is high. This also raises costs for the owner. Have you discussed with the property manager? We have several communities from different price ranges.
Cons: Crowded Parking, People parking in undesignated parking areas, noise disturbances during 'quiet' hours.
Pros: updated apartment style, excellent maintenance service, excellent Leasing Office staff
