All my needs and questions are taking care of
I love living here. It's clean, the neighbors are friendly, and as a single female; I feel safe. The management is on point. Tyanna does an extremely impeccable job at maintaining the apartments and the residents happy and having our needs met! I plan on renewing my lease!
It's a peaceful place to live. People seem to be courteous and respectful. The grounds are kept fairly clean at all times. Slight traffic noise but not a big deal.
Neighbors are loud, I've complained and nothing is done. Garbage area is always gross with people just leaving trash outside the compactor. Guest parking is hard to come by.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
