I really like the station at Othello park. The location is just minutes away from downtown Seattle. A wonderful area, very convenient for any commute.
So far my experience here has been great. I was looking for a place while still living on the east coast so I was interested in a unit that would be reliable to rent sight-unseen. My unit is everything I want it to be. I have a studio + den which is the perfect amount of space and provides the sleeping nook so I can sleep separately from my living space, which is great for the price. The space is all used very well and there's enough built in storage that things don't feel cramped. I'm also in love with my deck and the ability to go up to the rooftop deck as well.
I'm very happy living at The Station at Othello Park. The property itself is gorgeous and it's beautifully maintained. It's clean, quiet,and peaceful here yet not so quiet that it doesn't feel like home. The neighbours are friendly and the staff bends over backwards to help with any request. The Station at Othello Park is a Seattle gem, and an oasis from the Seattle freeze .
Great location, great quality building, and the walls and window muffle sound well.
I've been treated the years with respect and rental rates have been pretty reasonable. Although, I soon will be priced out considering seattle's rental market. Currently already paying 1,317.
