Take advantage of this fantastic offer today!
The Q Apartments sit atop Queen Anne Avenue with a perfect balance of small town feel and big city access. Our location is also a walkable distance to the Seattle Space Needle, several excellent restaurants, 24-hour grocery stores, public parks, and businesses of nearly any variety you could imagine!
Once you get to the building itself, the first thing many people see is an overhang in front of the front door. This is a great place to park if you'd like to stop by for a tour!
Walking in, you'll see our open lobby filled with comfortable furniture and coffee available. The office faces this space. With hours from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday, the office staff is here to help with questions about the building, surrounding area, and other things as they may come up.
Most of the 87 apartments within the building have hardwood floors other than the carpeted bedroom and vinyl kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent closet space is a strong theme throughout the building as well, with closets in each bedroom and more of them in hallways. Even studio apartments here have walk-in closets! Kitchens have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and deep sinks for a comfortable home cooking experience. Like doorbells? We have those too!
Other building amenities include rooftop access, a 24-hour workout room, parcel room, on-site laundry, controlled-access doors, on-site management, pet-friendly policies (50 pound weight limit), and ongoing upgrade projects. From that same rooftop, you can see the whole of the Seattle skyline and across the water! You may BBQ and hangout while you look over one of the most beautiful views in Washington State!
As of now, 4/25/17, we are looking forward to upgrades to our lobby, laundry rooms, rooftop, heating system, elevator, workout room, a new dog washing station, and other things as we see a need and an opportunity to improve.
Any lease that is under 12 months will have a premium on top of the regular rent.
Prices are subject to change, based on availability and qualification of applicant, additional fees may apply

Building is well maintained and staff has been professional and helpful when needed.
My satisfaction has mainly to do with the location of the building and my apartment. The building is ideally located away from the noise and it's on the bus route. My apartment is south-facing so it gets sunlight all day long - which is a big bonus in Seattle. What I don't like : The fact that the office managers lock the packages in the office if they're not claimed by 6p. For those of us who leave for work before 9am and return after 6pm, this can be very inconvenient.
Great location! We can walk, bus, or drive basically anywhere we need to get in only a matter of minutes. The building is a tad older so some common amenities are not included, like laundry in-unit or fans in bathrooms. Also, the rooftop should be expanded as the view in phenomenal! Other than that, we really enjoy our apartment, the staff and the gym. It is overall a nice place to live!
The operating expenses are exorbitant! Which is the fault of poor preventative maintenance, deferred maintenance & inefficient building systems. My apartment is always warm because of the heat from the boiler - heat = $$. So if there's heat loss - it also means my money is lost. The property management and maintenance crews are extremely responsive to our needs. However, the rumor mill says that Property Management hikes your rental rates annually without investing into the building
It is quiet in the building that is good, no one really talks to us that is bad, the community around the apartment is nice and people are friendly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Near the top of Queen Anne Hill, on the corner or Queen Anne Ave N. & Lee Street.
