Everything in the building was fine. It was cleaned regularly and the all the amenities were as promised.
Only problem is, rats investation outside apartment building. Huge problem
The management is very unresponsive to maintenance and cleaning requests. Response time to e-mail and voicemail is unacceptably long most of the time. Building is not cleaned regularly, or thoroughly. Apartments are flipped incredibly quickly when one comes open, but I have had maintenance requests out for almost a year that have still not been addressed.
