Built in 1925, the Stockbridge is one of the most carefully maintained, distinct, and charming vintage communities on historic First Hill. Ideally set at the corner of Boren and Union Avenues, you'll find yourself in strolling distance from the architectural beauties of First Hill, posh Downtown, and eclectic Capital Hill. Just one block from the exciting Pike/Pine neighborhood and an off leash pet park, we're right in the middle of what makes Seattle such a beautiful and vital city in which to live, work and play. Each unique studio and one bedroom apartment home features gorgeous original hardwood floors or plush carpeting, huge walk-in closets, bright and sunny windows, as well as gorgeous and thoughfully preserved original features such as full length 1920's mirrors, glass door knobs, tile flooring and so much more. Our spacious kitchen include ample cabinet and counter space, electric range, refrigerator and a quaint sunny dining area. Many of our apartments boast stunning city views.

1 Review for Stockbridge
I lived at the Stockbridge for 14 years and really enjoyed my time there. Great location, nice old building, very quiet.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
