Promenade at the Park is a great option for comfortable living! Just a quick drive (or direct bus route!) to UW and downtown, Promenade at the Park offers the best "bang for your buck" in terms of space, easy commuting, comfort and modern amenities in Seattle. You'll be taken care of by on-site management/maintenance seven days per week (24/7 on call)?that means quick work orders and management that is there for you. Having guests over? Enjoy great community space including a regularly landscaped courtyard and rooftop deck with BBQ! Our controlled intercom access and criminal background checks of all residents create drama-free living. Convenient underground parking is available in our garage with assigned spots and video surveillance throughout.
