After living here over 11 years and looking at every new apartment that comes on the market to see if there was something we would like better,we always come back home and say we are not ever moving.
Despite its downtown location, Met Tower feels like living in a small community. Even in our corporate rental apartment, we felt welcome immediately, and loved that some residents have lived here for over a decade, so we decided to move here ourselves. We love our apartment's compact efficiency and the never-ending amenities (we use the pool, gym, hot tub and terrace weekly), but what put Met Tower over the edge for us was the friendly professionalism of the staff and the very good value for money.
Met Tower's community includes wonderful people and pets of all ages. The staff, including maintenace staff, is personable and professional. The building includes floor plans to fit a wide range of needs.
The Met Tower is a great building and has excellent staff and amenities. Living in the Seattle Skyline is a dream come true. We immediately felt at home even with a bunch of boxes still left to unpack. The location and the access to Seattle is incredible. We highly recommend this building and living experience to all.
Metropolitan Apartments is a very well constructed building with air conditioning and exceptional amenities.The staff is always of high quality and trustworthy. The location is eceptional and the only drawback for now is all the construction going on that can be disturbing at times.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
