These units offer good value for the rents. I like that my neighbors in the building are not all of a type--I see students, young and mid-career professionals, retired people, singles, and couples, plus roommates. Across the board, tenants are both friendly and polite, yet also both private and respecting of same. Views from many units are great; I love my large balcony. Engaged, on-premises management handles maintenance promptly. I renewed for a second year without hesitation.
My apartment had many cosmetic issues upon move-in that were dismissed by building staff. Examples - cracks in tiling near fireplace, unusable kitchen drawer, holes in under-sink cabinet doors, holes in underside of cabinets. Not a huge deal, but quickly dismissed. Otherwise, my time at Met Park has been phenomenal. The staff have been responsive, the location is great, and the building offers plenty of amenities.
Management is pretty responsive with issues.
They highlight the amenities, but they are often broken and out of date. Every piece of equipment in the fitness room is broken or in poor condition. That's not a value add. Also, our rooftop deck had a gas grill. It suddenly disappeared with no notification to the residents.
Because moving in carpet was not clean has stain and the apartment is not properly clean , too much maintenance issue , like leaking under the sink in the kitchen , hold on the ceiling , gym water cup has not been taking care of nearly 3 weeks now ... People pay so much money to live here I don't see why management can't buy up of water for the gym Sometimes no toilette paper in the gym , or no extra ones ...
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
