I love Metropolitan Towers! Each time I return from an outing, it is like coming home to family. It is a safe, secure and friendly environment in the heart of downtown Seattle. I relish the fact that I have easy access to a gym and pool, no matter what the weather; or to have a friendly chat with the management at reception, or the concierge. I enjoy the overall feeling of community in the building, from my fellow residents to the management to the employees.

Great location. Close (15 min walk or less) to all Amazon buildings, especially the ones located south of the main campus. 24 hour package pickup and concierge at the desk to ask for help. Onboarding/lease and payment were straightforward and simple. Getting internet set up involved calling a representative but was simple, and internet (if you use waveG) is fast and stable. Noise is nonexistent as far as can tell in my 3 weeks of living here. No sign of bugs or things of that nature. Trash chutes and recycling bins on every floor, but they don't let you throw cardboard in the chutes or bins (you have to take the cardboard down to the first floor to the loading dock to toss it or leave the cardboard somewhere in your unit, I've got a ton taking up space on my balcony). If you want a unit with carpet flooring, note that the carpet is not very high quality (feels rough and would feel sore if you kneeled on it with bare skin for a while), but it's good enough for me.

Despite its downtown location, Met Tower feels like living in a small community. Even in our corporate rental apartment, we felt welcome immediately, and loved that some residents have lived here for over a decade, so we decided to move here ourselves. We love our apartment's compact efficiency and the never-ending amenities (we use the pool, gym, hot tub and terrace weekly), but what put Met Tower over the edge for us was the friendly professionalism of the staff and the very good value for money.

Met Tower's community includes wonderful people and pets of all ages. The staff, including maintenace staff, is personable and professional. The building includes floor plans to fit a wide range of needs.
