The building is always clean and is kept up very well by the staff. Communication about what is taking place in the building is excellent. I do wish the parking garage was bigger. BUt the secure parking is great!
The overall apartment is good. What would make it better would be a more reasonable month-to-month rental fee, and better amenities (gym, pool, lounge).
Brand new building, spacious, high walkability rating, amazing views on the Elliott Bay side. This building charges a fair rate based on the market and buildings around it, however Elliott Bayview has no amenities (gym, common room, etc). There is an amazing rooftop with grills, seating areas, great views. Parking is non-existent in the building with only a dozen or so spots, and spots are $160+/month. Elevator is ridiculously slow. Many homeless people nearby (3 shelters within 2 blocks).
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
