Great move in. Not very expensive. Great location. Nice residents. Nice staff.
The building is nice and very well kept. The upstairs lounge is perfect for bbqs and entertaining. The staff members are very friendly and go above and beyond to help in any way possible.
I'm so happy with my decision to rent at AVA. I transferred with my company from Dallas to Seattle and my long distance search for an apartment was very overwhelming. AVA staff was incredibly helpful walking me through photos and floor plans of available apartments within my price range. The move-in process was straightforward and easy. I love my new place - the location is perfect for someone new to the city, and overall it's a great place to live!
Great place to raise a family! Close to downtown, but far enough away to be by parks and the coast!
Lived here for a year and then moved out but missed the place so we moved back only 4 months later! Clean, modern and well taken care of
