Have lived there a week, and it has been the best move- in experience I have ever had. The staff was very helpful on moving day to make everything smooth as possible, would definitely recommend to friends.
I looked at maybe a dozen places before settling on AVA. Some old, but also another new development a block away. AVA really stood out, and I didn't look anywhere else once I toured AVA. The attentiveness of the staff, the attractiveness of the property, the amenities of the building and the unit itself were all selling points. Everything was done online, and move-in was a breeze. Even after moving in, the staff continued to touch base to make sure everything was going well. Couldn't be happier. Thanks AVA :)
This is a brand new secured apartment with solid good quality. Recommend to all of those who are looking for a place in Capitol Hill area.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
