After living in an old Ballard house for 10 plus years, moving to AVA has been such a fun, exciting, vibrant change for my husband, my dog and myself! The staff are amazing and super helpful. Moving in was a breeze. The community is fresh, upbeat and gorgeous. Accommodating our sweet dog is also such a fun feature. Activities, fun people, and in the Of Ballard.......what else could you ask for? Kudos AVA

I only moved in a couple of weeks ago but my experience has been great so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, the building is clean, modern and dog friendly, and I absolutely love my apartment.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

AVA Ballard will be on the left.** Future Resident Parking: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. There are designated future resident spaces located in our garage off of NW 56th Street. There is a direct-access to our Leasing Center from the future resident parking area. No parking permits or passes are required.
