Quiet units, floor design efficient and comfortable, appliances modern as are materials of kitchen space. Handy to a variety of shops and restaurants; quarter mile walk. On bus line. Exercise room 24/7. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm very happy here!
I have been living at The Knolls for four years now and have made zero complaints. The surrounding community is excellent and full of useful facilities. Neighboring residents are kind and keep quiet during evening hours, and the office staff is extremely helpful and prompt with any concerns. Parking structure is free for all; perfect for visitors, and buildings are beautifully made. Awesome Location - Perfect Living Space - Amazing people. A fantastic place to live!
The staff is powerhouse! The community is hysterical and pleasant. It's a blessed magical place.
Positive: Good staff, good facility and location with clean grounds. Negative: Cost is high, towing company refuses to tow anyone in your spot despite having the lease to prove it's yours (resulting in pointless waste of time), staff don't seem to follow up on things (i.e. issuing warning regarding towing cars parked for weeks and not actually doing it)
I would really appreciate if you considered the following 1. increase in rent, last year I found that I had to pay more than another person who would newly come to rent an apartment to knolls and if I didn't check in the web site I wouldn't have been to negotiate , the increase of the rent should be different for someone who need to extend I paid extra 100$ which is too much 2. Electricity plugs in the kitchen , it always break someone came to fix and after he left it broke again
