After searching for a few weeks and seeing a wide assortment of properties, we decided on Avalon for the quality, location, price, and quality of light we got into the apartment.
The leasing staff were very friendly. The conditions in the apartment were great when moved in.
I like serenity, peace and quiet of the whole place. The only problem here is parking.
I am happy with the apartment community. We just moved in and we have no complaints so far. There were couple of issues when we moved in, we filed the request online and the issues got fixed the very next day. The staff at the leasing office is excellent - very courteous. Parking is definitely an issue so we had to reserve spots so that we can be safe. I don't know what will my visitors do. Let's see.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
