I chose Avalon for it's location. I have been here less than a month and find it very convenient. The grounds are well maintained. The complex is quite even though there are many children of various ages and my unit is close to the playground and pool areas.
I totally recommend Avalon Redmond Place. Easy to move, easy to live!
Seamless move in and awesome location to shopping, food, and Entertainment. Friendly Staff, and they made the transition from California to Washington a Breeze.
The units are very clean and well-managed. All appliances worked perfectly and there were no glitches at all in the move-in process. I am very satisfied!
Overall great experience to rent and move in. Friendly staff and very good location of the apartment.
