Amazing location (so much nearby food and entertainment!), friendly staff, spacious floor plans, quiet neighbors. Best apartments out of the four I've lived in in Olympia.
Very well landscaped, quick to receive help for maintenance requests. Office assistants are very friendly and helpful; helped me move from out of state with almost no issue!
My only complaint is that I work 70+ hours a week and my only day off is the day they decide to do landscaping at 7am and start using those leaf blowers. If they would wait on the loudness until 9am I could for once get some sleep but other than that, its great. I like my place.
I felt safe and very comfortable living at the apartments. The office team were always professional and kind, and promptly took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Thank you!
Apartment appliances are a little dated, but apartments are overall excellently kept up and maintained. Apartments are superbly located among restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and bus lines. Definitely a walkable area. Additionally, the community is quiet, polite, and has never been a problem to my enjoyment of my space.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. From Interstate 5, take exit 104 to Highway 101 West (Ocean Beaches). From Highway 101 take the second exit right onto Black Lake Boulevard/West Olympia. Follow Black Lake Boulevard North for approximately 1 mile to Harrison Avenue. Turn lift on Harrison and move to the right lane. Turn right at Kenyon Street. Olympic Heights is two blocks on your right.
