Management is co-operative. Deals patiently with customers. Michael has been very helpful with the initial move-in and facilities guidance. Impressed with all leasing formalities being done online without any visits to office. Hoping that my stay remains enjoyable throughout the tenure.
This apartment is awesome. The moment you walk into the office, the staffs welcome you nicely, and even if they are busy with other future residents, they come up and offer you a beverage to cool you down or warm you up depending on the weather! The quality of the apartment is excellent as well. It might really depends on your preference, but I like the part that they are a wooden floor. Friendly neighbors is a plus.

Best place I've lived so far. The office staff is very friendly, communicative, and responsive when something goes wrong. Neighbors here are also respectful and quiet.
We wanted to move to a different unit prior to our lease end date 2/2016, and sign our lease for a longer term. Bridgett was kind enough to contact the corporate office, and try to make that exception for us.. sadly corporate office wouldn't allow us to move, to which I think they lost another year of lock down agreement. We will be free to move after 2/16 anywhere!... I really like the staff at Cedar Rim Apartments! Thank you Bridgett for trying to help! and thank you to Maintenance Team for your fast turn around time!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
