Best place I've lived so far. The office staff is very friendly, communicative, and responsive when something goes wrong. Neighbors here are also respectful and quiet.

We wanted to move to a different unit prior to our lease end date 2/2016, and sign our lease for a longer term. Bridgett was kind enough to contact the corporate office, and try to make that exception for us.. sadly corporate office wouldn't allow us to move, to which I think they lost another year of lock down agreement. We will be free to move after 2/16 anywhere!... I really like the staff at Cedar Rim Apartments! Thank you Bridgett for trying to help! and thank you to Maintenance Team for your fast turn around time!

Cedar Rim is a great community, very close freeway access and centrally located. Having two balconies is very unique and we enjoy ours daily.

Cedar Rim has been a great place to live in! Close to VMAC (Seahawks!), between Renton and Bellevue and close to Seattle, it's a very convenient location to major attractions and work regardless of where that may be. The maintenance team is awesome here, extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Cedar Rim is a great community. The location is very convenient to everything, the views of the lake make for very relaxing time spent on the balcony in the summer.
