This is a beautiful place to live specifically my building number 3 is great we never had any problem..neighbors or satff everything is fine.
As I said we just moved in barely a week ago but I and my family are so pleased with the unit we are staying-we moved out from a 1850 sq.ft. 5 bedrooms 3 baths but we have already udjusted here and we love �� ������ this HOME-Praise the Lord!!!
So far the Avana One Six Four Apartments have been a very nice place to live and the location is excellent.
I love living at Avana One Six Four. It is a beautiful community with incredible views. The gym is very spacious and has a lot of machines/free weights. It is a quiet community with very friendly neighbors. I feel very safe. I also love the convenience of having the garage attach to the apartment.
Management and maintenance are very good and responsive. specific ethnic community assemblies, noisy meetings and very loud behavior by both adults and children are of concern and sometimes very bothersome. Nigh time ( between 10 PM through 4 AM ) sometimes very bothersome and sleep interuptive. ( we will come to the office to discuss)
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
