Peaceful...Ethnically diverse....Quiet after 10 00 P.M.
Neighbors are friendly...Staff are always willing to listen to resident concerns and sometimes complaints..
The grounds are well taken care of and work orders are completed in a timely manner.
The complex is a good place to live. The cost is reasonable, the amenities are fair, and generally everything is good. The hallways are all in doors which is a huge plus compared to other apartments and plenty is within walking distance.
I love living here. Only issue is the renovation for the balcony. The smell is too strong for a pregnant woman and her 2 year old child.
Do experience some loud neighbors. Also will get charges on my bill that i eventually have to prove something to get them taken off
its a work in progress. cockroach problem, loud neighbors outside, garbage not picked up often enough so the view from our window is of overflowing garbage on the ground and a huge metal box.
