The only reason I live here is because it's 12 miles going in the opposite direction for my husband and son to go to work. I've lived in this community for many years. I've seen management companies come and go with promises to do better than the last. Maybe just one these companies that come through here make good on there promise. Maybe there could be some kind of consideration when placing new tenants not to put a bunch of single guys above a family. Maybe there could be community events.
Needs major updating, all sliding doors and all windows are old and off track very difficult to use. Appliances are old and have needed repairs or replaced (3 times 8 months)Linoleum coming up and stained. Countertops and cabinets antiquated, stained and marred. Baseboards/ doorways, woodwork beat up. Popcorn ceilings. Water issues throughout , from pressure issues to clogs, leaks. Piping under sinks and near toilets (away from wall, large gaping holes left open around the pipes.

I personally think that the staff at Grafton station are to busy they need more personal in the office because there have been multiple times that i have gone into the office to resolve an issue and it has taken upwards to 30 mins before i saw someone to tell them my problem. I also belive that the claims counter for things wrong with your unit needs to run smoother than what it seems like (word of mouth) i went in to ask about my AC unit and i dident see anyone write anything down
Should have some community get together sort of programs.
