Is A Quit Zone/Place And Not Too Far Woodbridge.
Staff, location, cost
I'm very pleased with Woodlee Terrace thus far. The apartments are really nice inside and the community is well-maintained. The leasing office staff are friendly and always helpful, plus the community is small enough that the staff remember you by name. I really like that there is a fitness center and a business center inside the leasing office that you can access during hours that the office is closed. The location of this community is great too because you are walking distance from Occoquan.
Since I have lived at Woodley, there has been a few turn overs in management. Some things were promised and then forgotten when new management came in. It would be nice to see some of the changes take place that were previously presented.
Also, the apartments are pretty old and the floors are super squeaky - makes you feel like you have to tip-toe in your own home so as not to disturn your neighbors below. It would be nice to see some sort of action taken to remedy this feature.
The walls are too thin and the floors creak way too much, though it is what it is. I also wish there were more incentives given to long-term residents - any kind of relief with rent is much appreciated. It is not fair to give this to new residents and not loyal dedicated residents who stick around. Just me two cents.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
