Our apartment homes feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments with large well designed floor plans and plenty of closet space. Since, I have been a resident at Potomac Ridge I have had only great experiences with the staff and improvements and or repairs are always handled in a professional manner and promptly. The staff always goes above and beyond to make our stay as well as, safe and enjoyable. The staff has made every effort to create a sense of community within the complex and I applaud them for thier efforts.
Both the office and maintenance staff have been excellent in the few responses I have requested, as I travel alot. The professionalism of the property is great as well, including regular cleaning and proactive services (changing air filters, checking fire alarms).
The staff is always so courteous and helpful.
The management team is wonderful and the maintance team is very friendly and efficient!
Dont have enough visitors parking. My family from out of town couldn't visit and stay over night because parking is very limited. Visitors parking are always taken by other people that lives here. I also dont understand why only the employees that lives in the complex could have the combination code for the door but not the residential who also lives here. I have know other apartment complex residents that has combination for the building.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
