Live at the Woods of Williamsburg Apartments in Williamsburg, Virginia 23188, to enjoy pet friendly living amid shade trees and green lawns in our community. We are a smoke free community. Our apartment homes include fully equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, ceiling fans, plantation blinds, ample closet space and central A/C and heat. Select homes offer a private patio and washer/dryer connections. Our community offers an outdoor swimming pool, 2 playgrounds, a mini business center and a coffee bar. We are close to shopping, dining and entertainment, and just 3 miles from the James City/Williamsburg Community Center. We are just off of I 64 and RTE 199, 30 minutes from the Newport News/Williamsburg Airport, 25 minutes from Newport News, and 35 minutes from Hampton. Guarantors welcome!

I can't say enough wonderful things about The Woods of Williamsburg! It's hidden away from the concrete jungle of normal life... a nice escape into peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. The management and staff greatly contribute to a wonderful living experience as well. They are quick to respond to service calls and flawlessly complete any maintenance I've requested. They've provided updates as to when certain services will be rendered eliminating the element of surprise visits. The management team has been friendly, courteous and considerate. From the first moment of walking into the leasing office, I was greeted with a smile and a wonderful personality. The manager was personable and professional. I'm very greatful to be living with The Woods of Williamsburg. Thank you all.
The neighborhood is quiet,clean and pretty. When someone ask me where I live, I am proud to say Woods of Williamsburg.
Great move in process! Seamless and super helpful! I do wish that there was recycling available, especially since the site has so much cardboard due to move ins/outs. Other than that, however, I am quite happy with my new apartment. Great placement- close to shopping at New Town, the community of William and Mary, and culture of Colonial Williamsburg.
As a family we are very happy that we decided to move not the Woods of Williamsburg. Thank you to all the staff for their help and support during the move in process.
It is a Wonderful place to live. It is centrally located and close to the downtown lifestyle of Williamsburg The rent is reasonable, All of the Staff have been Great to work with in resolving any problems I may have incurred. The Families I have met are a mixture from Young to our Military to a good Senior population. MY Overall experience to this date has been Enjoyable and it's a place I can now call HOME.

Stay to the right and continue on Longhill Road for 1.5 miles. The Woods of Williamsburg sign will be on the right. Turn right onto Tilghman Court. Our Leasing Center sign is at the top of the hill on the left. Our office is right across from the pool. Look for the flag poles and Welcome Center sign.
