People respect one another as well they would help each other. The place is clean and quite as to having children and teens around. As for the staff they are very helpful as well. and treat everyone as equal.
Excellent customer service
Love everything about rolling meadows! The only thing I suggest would be to have doggie bags stations at every building sections.
It is a very quiet and friendly community
We enjoy the quite atmosphere. Although there are a few loud neighbors and the occasional fights at night it is not that frequent. We enjoy 2 full SEPERATE bathrooms, which was a big must on our list as we did look at multiple apartments. We love that the staff knows us by name, that we are only a 15 minute walk from Kiwanis park and that the environment is safe for children. It's completely different living here than in noisy Virginia Beach (personal opinion). The staff is friendly and greet you when they see you and any maintenance issues or problems get taken care of with 3-4 days (from our experience). We love living here and plan on staying for several years.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
