Nice place to live! It's quiet and beautiful, close to College of W&M.
The grounds are always kept clean and are well maintenanced. It is always quiet and peaceful! The residents here are all extremely friendly and inviting; the same can be said about the staff. I am always greeted when seen by any member of the staff. Heather in the lease office is awesome! Without her help, we wouldn't have seen how great this community was in order to rent here. In all, we couldn't be happier with our decision to pick Parkway as our new home!
Great place to live with or without children. It's a safe community close to many everyday needs.
Lived here for a few years now and it is very nice.Any service to your Apt. is done in a timely manner and left clean.It is a friendly place as well,nice neighbors too.Plenty of parking.
