The price for military is unbeatable and the staff are super friendly. The noise level is high between apartments but hey that comes with the territory. I would recommend this place to friend's and family.
This is an awesome place to live and so quiet. The town homes are designed so cozy it's hard to explain. There is a ton of closet and storage space, two bathrooms, the flooring and walls are smooth the kitchen is beautiful it makes everything about this home fun to decorate because it is so brilliantly proportioned. I plan on being here for a long time. I started out looking to actually buy a home, in no way do I regret my choice to choose dominion waterside, my son and I love it.
I love it here. It's quiet, safe and it's so much closet space!
I very much like living here! There is no bugs that I have seen since living here. Maintenance is always friendly & does the job, there is no neighbors on each side of our apartment only upstairs & downstairs..which is great because it cuts down on noise,& would attract a chance for bugs which I can let u be sure of we do not have! I love my neighbors we alway say hello & or we have a chat. The office is always willing to help no matter what. They are very friendly & laidback. I plan on living here for many more years only if the rent does not get raised because I really do like living here! =)
The office staff, especially Gary, are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Mario, the maintenance man is also very friendly. He takes care of any maintenance issues in a very timely manner. The apartment itself is very open alms roomy and there's a wonderful, huge closet upon entering the apartment. Great storage space, great for a pantry. The buildings, although dated a bit, are built well. None of the apartments in a building share a wall so you typically don't hear any of your neighbors. It's a great setup. The pool is also nice, never crowded and although your have to pay for pool passes, the money goes towards a resident pool party that's catered. The only thing that would be nice is if each apartment had their own patio instead of shared patios.
