The complex is very clean and the maintenance staff are always working hard to keep it that way. The office staff are friendly and helpful. If i ever need anything they are always available.
It's a quiet apartment, comfortable and relaxing. The apartment has everything I was looking for including a fireplace and washer and dryer.
The front office personnel could not be more friendly and helpful.
Excellent maintenance staff! Whenever I had a problem they responded right away. The office staff is helpful and very kind.
Overall the waterfront apartments are great but we are paying for amnemities that we are not recieving such as the hot tub which has been broken for two years. also landscaping needs to trim the bushes around the running trail more often because they over grow on the the trail.
Internet speed is horrible and you are only allowed the Internet and dish network service provided at the complex due to contract, which is fine but they should at least have it up to date. The speeds are so slow. Maintenance is slow responding. Not all the staff is friendly, they don't work with you when you need them to. Things are promised at move in that doesn't happen. The best thing about waterfront apartments is the lake. Not worth the price at all... Hight disappointed.
