The complex is very clean and the maintenance staff are always working hard to keep it that way. The office staff are friendly and helpful. If i ever need anything they are always available.
It's a quiet apartment, comfortable and relaxing. The apartment has everything I was looking for including a fireplace and washer and dryer.
The front office personnel could not be more friendly and helpful.
The staff is very polite and immediately fix any issue upon request. However on two occasions they left tools in my apt and on one did not complete the task and I had to call them back.
There is a leak on the ceiling of my apt that they came to paint over which did not solve the problem. When it rains, it's as if its raining inside by the sliding door. My sliding door does not close all the way and the screen door doesnt even close at all. I have also found 5 cockroaches in my apt which I keep clean and clutter free. I would not recommend Waterfront to my worst enemy.
I gave Waterfront Apts a fair rating because the whole year my husband and I lived there, we had a spider problem. As well as other bugs, but spiders were the most prevalent. Also our rent was constantly fluctuating so much due to what the office said was sewer reading issues (and that it would get better next month and never did), that it was impossible to try to plan out a budget. It was very frustrating.
