The staff is the most friendly and maintenance team is the best. The property is alway clean and well maintained! Love my home, great residence as everyone looks out after each other. It is a quite community and just an overall beautiful place to live! I love all the yearly events and Holly and her team really put a lot of thought to every event and it is always so much fun attending and getting to spend time with the whole family at Spence Crossing!! Thank you ~
Pool rules. Alcohol should be allowed at the bar or grilling area. Signing in to use the pool is unnecessary since we need key fobs to enter. Pool closing at 8 is inconvenient and limits pool use to people like myself. A lifegaurd is not necessary after 8 if only adults can swim. When I moved in there was no lifeguard.
There are no trashcans and doggie station close to all the apartments. There are not a lot of guest parking available for guest.

I absolutely love the view from the apartment, but some of the negatives were that the flooring already had spaces between them, walls have and easily makes marks, and the staff aren't extremely friendly. Whenever I ask them something, they make it seem like I am bothering them.
