Summer Station is wonderful. Landscaping beautiful. Dead end road, so not very many cars. The staff is excellent and knows you by name. Let us not forget about the pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi, weight room and the great popcorn they serve. Quiet and I love it !!!
The staff is always happy, proactive and provide a friendly greeting anytime we meet. The apartment meets and exceeds all my expectations before moving in.
We had to have an apartment that would let us keep our german shepherd.. Summer Station allowed this and also welcomed having her. We feel safe here. We've not seen any breakins in apartments or cars. Our neighbors are friendly. Maintenance does really nice work. Summer Station has a nice work out room as well as a pool,hot tub and sauna room. The apartments are in a very good location. They're not right in the main thouroughfare but you can get anything you need in minutes from here.
The staff in the office is very polite and they are always smiling when we go in.
The location, the apartment sizes, amenties i.e. washer/dryer, dish washer, well kept grounds, immediate response from office staff, and maintence team.
